We dined at Jeju Apbada Hoetjip (제주앞바다횟집), and it was a very pleasant seafood experience. The restaurant focuses on fresh sashimi and classic Korean seafood dishes, and you can immediately tell that freshness is their priority. The seafood we had was clean-tasting, firm, and naturally sweet — exactly what you hope for when eating near the sea. Each slice of sashimi had that fresh ocean flavor without any fishiness, which made the meal feel light yet satisfying. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and one of the servers spoke Mandarin, as she’s from China. That made communication easy and added a warm, welcoming touch to the experience. It always feels reassuring when service is both professional and approachable. Overall, 제주앞바다횟집 is a solid choice if you’re looking for fresh seafood in Jeju with good hospitality to match.
