I hesitated writing this review because I wanted to keep this place from getting too popular among my fellow American tourists, but it would be a disservice to the world if I gate keep this place any longer. First off, you know a restaurant is well-managed when you see the boss in the trenches with the employees. He was running around sweating, taking orders, grilling meat, and doing it all. No wonder his team works just as hard in order to keep up with his passion and vibe. If you like unagi from sushi restaurants, you will LOVE this place. It's some of the best grilled eel I have ever had! They will cook everything to perfection for you at your table. Take a piece of lettuce, place a piece of grilled eel with some sweet sauce on, add some sliced ginger, pop in your mouth, chase with some yogurt cabbage salad... You're welcome!
