Above all, the famous 'Ju' sweet and sour pork seems to be different from the sweet and sour pork at regular Chinese restaurants. The batter looks like a crispy snack, and it has a rather strange texture. It seems like they use good quality meat. They say it's one of Seoul's top three sweet and sour pork, but if you actually try it, you'll think it deserves to be called that. For another menu, I recommend Paljintangmyeon. This is a very impressive menu with a variety of ingredients and a rich soup. Although it doesn't feel very comfortable inside, I think it's worth a visit just for the sweet and sour pork.
