Grilled chicken ribs are one of Korea's representative dishes, capturing the taste of many people with their spicy and rich taste. Dakgalbi is a dish that is mainly fried on an iron plate by mixing chicken and various vegetables in a spicy sauce. It is characterized by a method of cooking and eating it directly on an iron plate. The charm of grilled chicken ribs is the fun of eating them with their taste. Just watching the sizzling chicken and vegetables on the grill gives you an appetite. The high temperature of the grill makes it even more delicious because the dishes are cooked quickly while maintaining freshness and being able to eat continuously warm on the hot grill. The spicy and sweet taste of the chicken ribs is combined with ingredients such as red pepper paste, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar. This seasoning blends well with the light taste of chicken to give it a deep and thick flavor, plus various ingredients such as cabbage, carrot, sweet potato, and rice cake are added to add chewiness and fun. Also, finishing with fried rice is another fun part of the chicken plate. If you add rice to the remaining seasoning and ingredients and stir-fry them together, you can feel the hearty taste of a meal. Grilled spicy stir-fried chicken is a popular dish that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages and is perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Along with the joy of cooking and eating on the grill above the table, the spicy and delicious stir-fried chicken is a great dish that shows the charm of Korean food.
