Visited: February 2024 A brunch outing during the Lunar New Year holiday. After seeing all the hype online, we finally decided to give Junbrero a try. The food was just so-so, to be honest, and I don't think I'll be coming back. It felt a bit like an imitation of the American brunch culture that has become so popular in Korea these days. Still, the meal itself wasn't the main point. On the last day of the holiday, three generations — grandfather, grandson, son, and daughter-in-law — gathered around the same table. That's a memory worth keeping. And it made me wonder... Was this perhaps the first brunch my grandfather had ever had in his 80 years of life? Sometimes, the people you share a meal with matter more than the meal itself.
