I must have ate Jjajangmyung at 30 different restaurants, but 중국성 which i would translate it to Chinese Castle is listed as Chinese Seong has the best 간짜장. The meat in it is very chewy. It's not sweet like many of other places. The sauce is more on the sticky side: not, slimy like many of the places. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000
