I’ve visited this place about five times and initially found the food and service acceptable, but today’s experience changed my view completely. The manager treated me less like a customer and more like an inconvenience, prioritizing larger groups even though there was a clear queue in place. This kind of attitude often shows up when a business becomes complacent—more focused on volume than on treating customers with basic respect. On an earlier visit, I even found what seemed like makeup or some chemical residue in one of the side dishes. It tasted awful, and when I raised it, the response was a brief “sorry” with no real follow-up. I chose to overlook it at the time, but combined with today’s experience, it’s hard to ignore. There are plenty of restaurants in Anyang that offer both good food and proper service. I’d recommend considering those before coming here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
