The freshness here is overwhelming because they serve raw intestines without any pre-grilling (Chobeol). At most tripe restaurants, it's hard to check the quality since it comes out pre-cooked from the kitchen, but here, you can see the raw, high-quality ingredients transform right on your grill, which builds great trust. The most satisfying part was the professional grilling service. Intestines can easily burn or become tough if cooked incorrectly, but the staff grills everything to perfection, so you can just sit back and enjoy. Even though they don't use chemical or fruit tenderizers, the texture is incredibly tender and packed with savory flavors thanks to their meticulous manual cleaning process. The Cheese Fried Rice at the end is a must-try. The generous amount of cheese doubles the richness. Parking is quite convenient for the Gangnam area, with mechanical parking available for sedans and 1 hour 30 minutes of free parking provided. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience authentic, "real" Gopchang. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
