One of my new favorite restaurants in Korea. My friend and I chose this restaurant, kind of by coincidence, as I was in the surrounding area. At Jinsang, we ordered their 관자 (scallop), 감자전 (potato pancake), and 들기름 파스타 (perilla oil pasta). My friend and I were looking to have a light meal and this turned out to be just the right amount of food. The scallop dish was my favorite dish as it was cooked well and had a nice contrast that came from the combination of perilla oil, truffle paste, and yuja (citron). The crispiness of the potato pancake and tanginess of the perilla oil pasta were also quite good. Honestly, I think the two of these dishes complement each other well by adding an extra element of acidity to the fried potato pancake. My friend does not drink so we did not order any wine. However, we noticed that if you order a bottle of wine, they present it to you in a container of water with flowers which is so cute. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend you to check this restaurant out. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
