If you are in love of tripes and intestines.....really don't think of anything disgusting about it...Oriental tripes and intestines are something you can crave on as they can take thefold to a new level....which has been consumed by orients for centuries as delicacies..it's crunchy and should be barbequeed till crunchy...and with varieties of chives,onions and garlic..it adds a great flavour. the tripes are very tasty ..especial the large beef tripe or ghopchang (곱장).. something is a must try if you are here....Daegu is famous for beef tripeor gopchang (곱장), 막장 or maakchang (beef small intestines), large intestine or daechang (대장)....but this one has gives the best stir fried barbequed 곱장. I like the mixed one which has all 곱창, 대창 &막창 arbequed at the best crunch testure and stir fried Infront of you by staffs with their secret condiments and sauces with chives onions and garlic that heightens the flavour of the dish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
