Jjungobchang is a popular gopchang (beef intestines) spot in Hongdae, but my experience was mixed. The flavor leans very sweet, which might not be for everyone. They offer service dishes and even suggest leaving a 5-star review in return, which might explain the high ratings. They seemed short-staffed during my visit, and while the overall vibe wasn’t terrible, the cleanliness could be improved. That said, if you’re not too sensitive about hygiene and enjoy sweeter-style gopchang, it might still be worth a try. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
