Absolutely top-notch quality tuna! Every cut was incredibly fresh and melted in the mouth, especially the otoro and chutoro, which were rich, buttery, and beautifully marbled. The seared tuna had a deep umami flavor, and even the grilled fish on the side was perfectly cooked. The presentation was stunning, and everything looked just like the photos.
