The buckwheat noodles here are made from freshly milled flour, so the texture is on another level, and the cold dongchimi broth is incredibly refreshing. The beef and ox-knee slices are clean, tender, and pleasantly chewy with zero gaminess! The Eobok Jeongban has such a deep, comforting broth that you can’t stop going back for more. And the Rémy Martin 1738 Highball and Hennessy VSOP Highball pair shockingly well with the meal. The space is wide and comfortable too—perfect for family meals or group gatherings.
