It is about the reception of guests by the boss and his wife. The taste can be guaranteed. Because it's a chain store. The taste was good, but I don't want to visit again. This is Gyeyang-gu Office Branch Youth Coffee Shop. I know it's a difficult corona time. Not only because of that, but even more disappointed that it was like that before. I asked my question cautiously, but the answer and response were expressionless. It doesn't matter whether you eat here or not, go out and come back. Indifference. And since it was winter, I remembered soup, so I ordered oden tang, and the male boss cut it off in a cold and stiff tone, saying there is no oden tang. It was a situation where I didn't know who was at fault for the coldness that came from the tone haha .. I don't want to teach the boss as a customer, but I think it can't be helped that there is no stock, but I don't understand that there is no Odentang in winter. If you don't have it, respond by saying, "Sorry, but oden is out of stock and cannot be sold," or if you don't have soup due to running out of ingredients, if you prepare a side, miso soup, or even warm water in advance, customers will understand more. I'm grateful and I want to come again, and that's probably it. I went to have a good meal, but I was offended and went back after talking with my friends that I would never come again. There are many people who do their best by responding with a smile even when it is difficult, but if you want to do business with a guaranteed taste, you will not be able to visit again like me.
