This is the place to go to taste an authentic Korean “Hanwoo” (bbq). In fact, the owner was part of the Daedo BBQ restaurant which has been doing business since 1950’s in Wangsimri, in Seoul until it was sold in 2010’s. You will get the consistent super marbly Ribeyes. You get two choices of ribeyes to choose from (Jin- Super Marbly, almost like wagyu like, Chung - less marble, but still much greater than compared to other places). Most Korean BBQ places have a very thin cut, but you will get a thicker cut that gets more texture and flavor. Check out this place if you’re visiting Western Seoul or Jam-sil area!
