Freshness of the mackerel. Live mackerel was taken from the tank to be processed after ordering. Not slimy, fishy or gamey taste. Pleasant tasting fish with a slight iron taste. Signature dipping sauce that came with the set, it’s da bomb. Sweet and slight salty from the soy, with a hint of ginger juice makes it irresistible. Fish with the sauce, instant fireworks, can’t find it anywhere else. It is a taste we can’t forget after returning home. There are other types of raw mackerel that is sold in Jeju, if you like the lighter tasting/taste the freshness of the raw fish than you should try this. 2nd time here, in 2 trips. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000
