The medium set on the menu can feed 4-5 people. The lady who owns this stall is very friendly and helpful. The food was prepared fast. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We walked the whole area looking for authentic Korean food, including atmosphere and experience. Everything in the area were pubs, or western, fusion or modern Asian fare. We decided to walk back and patronise this unassuming, easily-missed. Easily missed cos drowned by the loud attention-stealing surrounds. But my family notices these things. There was an honest and down-to-earth feel about the place, and the lady owner who was watching TV while waiting for patrons. We walked in. Initially, it may feel unwelcoming. But if you venture to chat with her (in Korean or using Google Translate app’s voice translator), she warms up and will have a conversation with you. So, her initial reservations may be misconstrued as cold and unwelcoming, but I think she is just shy / reserved. Perhaps she may have also felt since she was waiting on us her patrons, she should be seen but unheard. Anyway, cos we made an effort to engage, in the end, we were at ease and felt like home, and I think she felt the same way about our presence. She was attentive to our needs, cutting up our food (Mussels & octopus) from the boiling pot. Later on, she noticed we hadn’t discovered / fished out other foods yet, so she came over to fish out for us. She even fished out all the prawns, and proceeded to expertly peel the prawns for us! We asked for a bowl of rice to share. Later on, she felt maybe it wasn’t enough for us four, she gave us ramyeon. In the end, we ordered another bowl of rice to share. The rice (sticky texture) was really really delicious. All her food, including all the condiments (There were so many condiments, were delicious. And cos it was a stew pot, the food was healthy too, cos everything boiled, nothing fried. The place was kept very clean. And most importantly, her toilets were so clean it feels like home toilet. Came out of the place feeling like we had a homemade meal, prepared with love (So much so I commented to family that I feel so bad leaving her to wash the dishes, and felt like we should all chip in and wash dishes too), and like I finally had an indoor authentic Korean fare (The whole point of any travelling experience). Highly highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
