This is a hidden gem in the market. I had been craving for soon-dae (korean blood sausage) and jok-bal (braised pork foot) since landed in Korea. While my family was touring the traditional market, I spotted this restaurant located near to the center of the market. The casing of soon-dae was firm and almost popped as I started sinking my teeth. The flavor was rather mild than heavily seasoned ones, but you can dip them in the fermented shrimp sauce or the fermented soybean paste if you need more flavor. I also ordered the jok bal meat which just melt in my mouth. Before leaving the market, we stopped by and ordered more to have later while touring other parts of Jeju. I will stop by again when I visit Jeju next time. We still talk about how delicious it was at home in the States. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
