The sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) is pulled thin and chewy, just the way it should be. The broth is a classic anchovy base, common in this neighborhood but executed perfectly. It’s a solid, honest meal that sticks to the basics. I’m definitely coming back. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
