폭우가 쏟아진 날 걸어서 갔는데 젖었다는 이유로 쫒겨났습니다. 비바람이 강해 우산을 썼음에도 옷이 어느정도 젖었지만 뚝뚝 떨어지는 정도는 전혀 아니었습니다. 옷이 젖었으니 의자가 망가지고 그러면 다른 손님이 못앉는다고 문전박대했습니다. 당황해서 밖에 비가 이렇게 많이 오는데 저희 걸어오면서 젖은거라고 물에 들어갓다온것도 아니라고 했습니다. 그런데도 의자망가진다는 소리를 반복했습니다. 폭우오는날 식당찾은 손님한테 젖었다고 나가라니요. 주변 손님들도 저희를 힐끗거리니 민망하고 무안했고 우리가 받고있는 취급이 납득도 안되서 모욕적이었습니다. 기분이 나빠서 나왔고 인근 다른 식당에 들어갔는데 당연히 뭐라고 하지도 않았습니다. 제가 다른 식당 이용후 의자 젖은 정도 사진 첨부합니다. 그런식으로 장사하지마세요. We walked to this restaurant in pouring rain and were essentially kicked out because our clothes were wet. The rain and wind were extremely heavy, so even though we had umbrellas, our clothes inevitably got somewhat wet. We were not soaking wet or dripping water everywhere. Nevertheless, we were refused seating because we were told that our wet clothes would damage the chairs and prevent other customers from using them. We were so taken aback that we explained that it was pouring outside and that we had simply gotten wet from walking in the rain — it wasn’t as if we had just jumped into a pool. But they simply kept repeating that the chairs would be damaged. It was honestly unbelievable. Telling customers to leave because they got wet walking to your restaurant during a torrential downpour? Other customers started glancing over at us during the exchange, which made the whole situation incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. The way we were being treated was so unreasonable that it felt genuinely insulting. We eventually left because the experience had completely ruined our mood and went to another restaurant nearby. Of course, nobody there said a single thing about our clothes being wet, and we were seated normally. I am attaching a photo showing how wet the chair actually was after we finished eating at the other restaurant. This is no way to treat customers or run a business. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
