해운대에 있는 보석 같은 스시야 부산 전역을 뒤져도 최고의 스시야고 생각됩니다 굳이 일본을 안 가셔도 될만큼 맛있는 스시야라고 생각됩니다 특히 한국에 있는 사람은 특이한 사케리 있어서 작정하시고 찾아오시는 것도 좋다고 생각합니다 ^^ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A high-end sushi omakase restaurant run by Chef Jihoon Moon, who worked for many years at Paradise Hotel Sakae. He’s my absolute favourite chef, and dining here is always an exceptional experience. The food is consistently fresh, using only the finest seasonal ingredients, and the presentation is always immaculate. The dishware and serving pieces, carefully collected by the chef over the years, are truly stunning and unlike anything I’ve seen at other restaurants. As of May 2025, the dinner course is priced at 180,000 KRW per person — and it’s absolutely worth it. I firmly believe this is the best sushi omakase restaurant in Busan. If you’re looking for an unforgettable sushi experience in Busan, this place is a must-visit. - 문지훈 쉐프님이 새로 오픈하신 스시야. 파라다이스 사까에에서 오래 근무하신 분이라 음식도 기물도 다 수준급임. 부산에서 스시 오마카세를 먹는다면 단연 이곳이 최고라고 생각함.
