The best Hanwoo experience in Northeast Korea! If you are looking for incredible, high-quality beef, you cannot miss Chikeori Saenggui. The Hanwoo here has the best flavor I’ve ever had. Even though the wait can be quite long, it is absolutely worth every minute. The owner is an incredible lady who took such great care of us; she is super nice and makes the whole experience feel special. This is a must-visit! Price per person: ₩70,000–80,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the most popular spots in Sokcho. The quality of the Korean beef (hanwoo) is incredible. It’s rated 2++ and tastes amazing! One of the best Korean beef experiences I’ve had in Korea. The prices are also affordable—about $50–60 per person. We had to join the waitlist on the Catch Table app. Price per person: ₩60,000–70,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
