I would have given 3.5 if that was an option, but I feel the value is decent overall, so I'll give it 4. The staff is nice, managing my lack of Korean ability and the food overall was okay but had some peculiarities. My egg/bacon bagel sandwich had some white mustard/mayo sauce that made it messy to eat and didn't really need to be there; let the bagel and ingredients provide the flavor (visit NYC if you need an example). The fig/cream cheese bagel was also nice, but the pretzel bagel with such a salty flavor didn't mix well as a flavor. Maybe the taste buds of Koreans are vastly different from my own, but as a western I feel they are so close but slightly missing the mark. I appreciate they let you use a Balmuda Toaster to heat up what you like, as they also delivered the sandwich with cold bagels (not sure why).
