This is a tonkatsu restaurant run by Christians. As far as I remember, it seems to be closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. The interior is clean, and the open kitchen allows you to see the entire cooking process, which makes it feel very hygienic. It is always crowded and considered a popular hotspot. Most importantly, the food is delicious.
