4/5 Restaurant Review The food tasted lovely, but overall, we weren’t completely convinced. The restaurant is located a little outside of town, though it’s easy to reach by car. The interior is nicely decorated and has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. We ordered salads, ciabatta bread, and cake. The salad was delicious, especially with its tangerine dressing. The ciabatta was also very good, fluffy and tasty, although it felt a little more air than substance. The cake was just okay and didn’t really leave an impression. The biggest downside was the price. It’s on the higher side, especially considering the portion sizes. In other words, either the portions could be bigger or the prices a little lower. If you arrive really hungry, you might leave both still hungry and considerably poorer. The complimentary infused water was a nice touch. Service was okay overall; they initially forgot our cake, but brought it out quickly after we reminded them. So, while everything we tried tasted good, the portions, pricing, and somewhat underwhelming cake kept this from being a stronger recommendation.

Cafe 901 was my bucket list cafes in jeju, so I went there directly from the airport. It was drizzling when I landed in jeju, and the cafe is the perfect place to go to when it is raining. I grabbed a corner seat with a view and ordered their meal set. The set comes with soup, salad, toast, and beverage. The soup was piping hot, the bread freshly baked, and the salad crisp. It was probably one of the best meals I had on Jeju. The quantity was more than enough for a person, and since I was staying on the other side of the island, I also got a dessert to go. If you are a vegan, this has to be your one of the stops while visiting Jeju!
