I recently visited Cafe Leaping and it was such a cozy little find in Yeongtong. I went specifically for the soufflé pancakes, and they were absolutely worth it. Light, fluffy, and perfectly jiggly, with just the right amount of sweetness. They had that fresh-made texture that melts in your mouth without feeling too heavy. Paired with a cup of coffee, it made for a really relaxing afternoon. The atmosphere felt calm and inviting, great for catching up with a friend or just enjoying some quiet time. Service was friendly, and everything came out beautifully presented. If you’re in Suwon and craving soft, airy soufflé pancakes, I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
