This is 10/10. Melon salt butter roll was light and melon topping was lightly crispy had the right hint of sweetness, tastes much like the Chinese pineapple bun’s top. Inside was light and fluffy. Sweet potato bread was unique, where inside was hallow and had actual sweet potatoes, wasn’t too dense, and all the flavors are subtle in all the right ways. All exceeded expectations.
