The cafe's name seems to have changed. It changed from Ruhe to Bul-am. I ordered patbingsu and jasmine tea. Perhaps it was because I was intoxicated by the scenery while walking along the perimeter road, but it was delicious. The cafe owner is very passionate. The prices aren't cheap, but considering it's a tourist attraction, they're not that high. There are sofas, and they were very comfortable. There are two private rooms. You can't see out the window, but if you sit at a table with a window view, sipping tea, and watching the air show, it's a whole new world. The park will open soon, adding even more wonderful spaces. It seems they're investing heavily in Eel Village. There's a park commemorating Empress Heo. I suspect Empress Heo came by this sea route. I could see the Nakdong River and the view was really nice! Of course, the interior was warm with a wood feel, so it was nice to relax. For my drink, I had Eishpener Peanut, and it had a nutty taste, which was just my style!
