At close to 7pm of dinner rush, with yet an outlier, I'm her only customer. With a mindset of Koreans, the locals won't bother to come here to eat an expensive version of an unheard dish. And tourists won't bother coming far from the metro just to eat something so ordinary. And how much long term Singaporean/Malaysian that craving for local food would travel here daily just to get a margin of flavour of the food. I'm grateful for her effort to open such a restaurant serving our food, but perhaps a much needed improvement in the recipe of a complicated dish is required. That said. You missed out on key ingredients. That's Laksa leaves.
