I've been to one place, the unmanned cafe, in Ilsan donggu near Baeksuk area, and I must say I was pretty impressed at how clean and well organized this place was. I prefer to come here with my laptop and do my business in peace and quiet. And the owner of this location is a super friendly guy who knows how to be nice. I had been here many times during my stay in Korea due to my need for wifi access. They got free wifi here! I strongly recommend this place.
