I fell absolutely in love with this place since day 1 I arrived in Gwangju! The coffee tastes amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and clean, their tea is very good too. And special kudos to the owner who is a very kind lady. Gwangju was for me the nicest city in South Korea and Coffee Factory the best and most unforgettable coffeeshop. Tbh...most of all, I got disappointed at the coffee itself, which tasted more or less, like cigarette. I can't be sure if the taste came from too aged(or just not fresh) coffee beans or some sort of coffee beans I had never tasted before. There were several spots on renovation or resconstruction, around this place so it was quite noisy. For fresh-coffee lovers, I would like to recommend other franchise cafes near Gwangju Songjeong Station, such as Mega coffee or Compose coffee.
