Come To Rest” (established 2018) benefits from its location between two major campuses, Kyung Hee and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Tucked down an alleyway its location and interior aesthetic are representative of many new Korean speciality cafes. With the aim of creating the ideal “third space” student escape the cafe’s living room themed design incorporates retro Walt Disney memorabilia, an LP Vinyl player and a selection of comfortable mahogany seating areas. Recently selected in the June 2021 Editor’s Pick section of Korea’s largest coffee print magazine “Monthly Coffee” it won’t be long till students from further afield began searching out this local hang-out.
