Corner Room, Seongsu(June 29) I visited Corner Room in Seongsu with my family to celebrate my partner's birthday. This marks my fourth or fifth visit—having been here three or four times with colleagues and this being my second time with my partner. Located slightly away from the main bustling hubs of Seongsu and Ttukseom, on the second floor of a rather dated building, it feels like a hidden gem for anyone walking in without high expectations. While it features an open kitchen and the seating is a bit intimate, these elements are precisely what make it a great spot to soak in the vibrant, after-work energy and the core Seoul vibe. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Caprese Salad, Shrimp Rose Bisque Pasta, Signature Wagyu Steak, Truffle Potato Gnocchi, Fresh Layered Lasagna Roll, and Calamari Aglio e Olio Pasta. The Lasagna Roll and the Wagyu Steak were the crowd-pleasers with the highest satisfaction. However, my partner noted that the food tasted a bit saltier compared to our previous visit—reminiscent of the heavy seasoning you often encounter while traveling in Europe. Also, those with a keen ear for music will instantly notice the rich sound coming from the Spendor speakers installed in the cabinet. Since I had mentioned the birthday in advance, they kindly served a complimentary birthday dessert—ice cream—at the end. As a side note, Corner Room requires a deposit of 10,000 KRW per person when booking through Naver. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I'm from Seoul and this is one of places I can recommend if you are looking for decent italien with reasonable price in Seongsu. Its has Korean touch in their food and it does go well. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
