コスモ化学の４０番目の工場だった建物で、施設の雰囲気や設備をそのまま残してカフェにしたそうです。制御室には日本製のアナログ式制御装置がそのままで置いてあり、メンテナンスの日誌もそのままで見ることができます。地元の家族連れの方々が多いようでした。いろいろな種類のパンがあり、美味しかったです。２階では卓球も楽しめます。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Regenerating old factories into cafes has been a popular concept for several years in South Korea with some of the largest examples including Terarosa Gangneung, Daerim Warehouse (대림창고) and Cosmo 40 in Incheon. Built across four storeys and over 3,500 SQM of floor space Cosmo 40 features a filter coffee bar by Bean Brothers, bakery by Roissant and pizza by Take it Easy. The concept, planned by one of the countries largest independent coffee companies Able Coffee Group, took over seven months to complete including input by architect firms Lifethings and Proof, furniture by Rareraw and lighting by Bitzro. Bean Brothers run eight cafes including two overseas branches in Malaysia, while their main blends Velvet White and Black Suit are used in close to 200 cafes throughout South Korea. Their roasting factory is located in West Incheon, not far from Cosmo 40. With close to 100 Tons of coffee and four different roasting machines (Loring S35, Probat 300, Stronghold S7, Destoner D35) it is by far one of largest roasting factories in the country.
