Food was alright. It was so cold inside because the windows would hardly ever insulate. We ended up wearing back our padded jackets and jumpers to fight the cold inside the restaurant. But the cold wasn't the killer. I was so surprised by the dry personality of the staff. I thought I was talking to robots. No smile, no basic manner in hospitality, no one of the kuhichi's seemed to know how to interact with guests. Will I ever go there again? No way. Genuine kindness is part of the dining experience. With that absent, customers end up being a wallet just to throw money. Dear Kuhichi people, hospitality industry is not just about selling food. It's also about communication and interaction between customers and hosts. I hope you improve on this. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
