First of all, we sincerely apologize that your visit ended with disappointment and frustration. We would like to carefully explain the situation from our side as well. Even when tables look available, there are times when many orders are already waiting in the kitchen. In those situations, we sometimes delay seating because accepting too many tables at once can significantly increase wait times and affect food quality. Our store policy also requires all members of a party to arrive before seating. We understand from your review that your group had already arrived, and we are sorry that this process created confusion and frustration during your visit. We would also like to clearly explain that we did not intentionally skip your party or the next group in line, and we did not raise our voice during the interaction. If our communication came across differently or felt uncomfortable, we sincerely regret that and understand why you felt upset. Regardless of the circumstances, the fact remains that our response and explanation were not good enough if you left feeling unwelcome. We sincerely apologize for that.
