Recommended by local ahjummas for their signature dish, daeji wang galbi (loosely translated to pork kalbi). Although the bbq and banchans were mostly delicious, their service was lackluster. Front desk employee was asleep when we got there and not wanting to wake him up, we tried looking for other staff. An elder man, who appeared to be the owner, took notice of us and flagged the sleeping beauty to start serving and oh man he had this biggest frown and mumbling all sorta things. At this point, i just wanted to walk out but mom was hungry so we stayed. Food was delicious but the service was a huge let down and that isn’t enough to steer us to coming back.
