The aroma of Ethiopian coffee hits strongly. It's from Ozturk Roasters, with impactful scents of strawberry, mango, orange, and black tea. The fruity aroma is so intense that it feels like the fruits are doing all the work. There is no yogurt-like acidity. Without bitterness, burnt taste, or smokiness, it’s all about the jasmine and fruity aromas. This latte costs 4,500 KRW, and the collaboration with Maeil Milk is excellent (I highly recommend the +500 KRW option to switch to Ethiopian single-origin beans). The sweet taste that hits you and the rich, buttery macadamia nut flavor are exceptionally impressive. The combination of Black Eagle, Mahlkönig Peak, and EK43 grinders is perfect. They even use the Lyn Weber Moonraker distributor. Served in Japanese Noritake (Versatone) cups with French Duralex glassware. I appreciate how much attention is given to precise measurements and ratios. There are notes of milk tea with a floral aroma that isn't too sweet. I'm completely satisfied with the speakers from the Danish brand System Audio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
