A truly local hidden gem in Jangwi-dong, Taeseongjip has been serving traditional Korean beef bone soup (sagol-tang) for over 40 years. The soup is clean yet deeply flavorful, with a rich but not overwhelming taste. You can adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, but it’s best enjoyed with their house-made kimchi and kkakdugi, which perfectly balance the dish. The interior is simple and traditional, with around 25–30 seats. It gets busy with locals, which is always a good sign. Staff are friendly, though English support is limited.
