The owner was the sweetest, kindest man. He’s a bit reserved, and unlike other stalls where people actively try to get your attention, he just works quietly behind the display. That alone convinced me to stop by. As an introvert, overly talkative salespeople can feel intimidating, so his calm presence was a relief. He was very helpful and quickly prepared a platter with several different cuts for the two of us. I didn’t know much about raw beef and only asked for ribeye, so he cut a whole ribeye and added a few of his recommended cuts. He even included some beef strips on the house as a gesture of service. After we paid, he personally walked us to the restaurant on the second floor, and we said our goodbyes there. As you can see from the picture, the quality of the beef was excellent. The ribeye was nicely marbled, buttery, and flavorful, though not quite as tender as I expected. It was still tender compared to a regular steak, just not as soft as some of the other cuts he gave us. I think one of them might have been sirloin, but I’m not entirely sure. Whatever it was, it was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. I honestly wish I had ordered more of that cut. Price-wise, I didn’t stay long enough to compare with other stalls, but for the amount and quality we received, it felt very fair. Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
