Taejongdae Jjamppong has been a place I've been visiting for a quick meal ever since it was an old establishment. At the time, I liked the Jjamppong because it had a great fiery flavor, but I heard they had moved to expansion, so I went there on the weekend. Perhaps because I was just thinking about the past, I was a little taken aback because there was a catch wait and it was a popular restaurant where people had to wait. If you go here when there is a wait, the downside is the waiting time and having to wait twice as the food is cooked after you order. Uni Jjajang The Jjajangmyeon was made with well-minced pork, savory, soft, and well-salted, so I enjoyed it. Taejongdae Jjambbong In the past, I liked Taejongdae Jjambbong because it had a very good fire smell, but there was almost no fire scent and the seafood changed it to a clean and refreshing broth. This is okay because it is a personal preference, but it was disappointing that the noodles were undercooked and tasted like flour and the texture was lost. .(It may be an advantage to be pushed back due to waiting and the fact that the food is made at the same time as you order, but it is also prepared in a hurry and there seems to be an element of risk when you look at the fact that the food does not come out all at once but at separate times.) Chadol Jjamppong I heard that the noodles here are homemade, but the noodles themselves are not my preferred style. The basic rough surface irritates the inside of the mouth, and the slight floury scent that continues to hit me every now and then seems ambiguous. It would be nice if the broth of the chadol jjamppong was a little thicker, and the spicy flavor was well maintained. I think I could enjoy a richer flavor if they gave me some minced garlic. Sweet and sour pork Sweet and sour pork is crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside, making it a taste that everyone will like.
