This is a bonifide Texas Roadhouse restaurant with only slight variations from their US locations. US-size portions and unlimited bread with the cinnamon butter is an awesome treat. The side dishes and mains taste great, but I do not recommend coming here during off hours (e.g. weekday afternoons). The off hour cooks are not nearly as good as the cooks when it's busy. I came in on a Tuesday around 4 o'clock and got a table right away, but the bread rolls were slightly stale from being reheated (tasted like they were prepped by Chef Mike) and the blooming onion appetizer had an overpowering amount of cumin on it. Additionally, one of our 3 steaks, the child's sirloin, was ordered medium rare but still came out too tough for a child to eat. A couple sides came out cold, too. On Saturday night at 6 o'clock, however, the food was excellent. Fresh rolls, warm sides, and great steaks. I washed it down with a beer and had a wonderful evening.
