Really not worth the money. Braised beef was chewy and portion was really small granted the place being located in a remote area. The bean paste soup was mediocre at best. The rice was pretty good though. Overall, the place is definitely not the place to go if you're on a trip and are looking for good local restaurants. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There are a few side dishes, but none are memorable or particularly delicious. In the soybean paste + barley rice + braised ribs set, barley rice is served with bibim vegetables and strong soybean paste is served, which is extremely salty. For those who like to eat it a little thicker, adding just one teaspoon can make it so salty that you need to add rice or something else. Soybean paste is basic and contains only tofu, pumpkin, radish and onion. It was like homemade soybean paste, but the soybean paste was extremely salty. Galbijjim has thick meat and is edible without any unpleasant smell. The mild flavor is seasoned with soy sauce, and the seasoning is well seasoned, and the sweet pumpkin goes well with the seasoning and is delicious, but other than braised ribs, there is no food I like. Kind but unfriendly. They were placing food while answering the phone, but as they continued to talk, I was nervous about spitting on the food. While they were answering the phone to customers, they were using speakerphone. I heard them ask if they could share seats with n people, and their tone was no problem at all, but they asked if I was being inflexible to the customers. I was surprised to hear that. The person who called seemed to just hang up and say, “Oh, that’s right.” It’s okay because he didn’t say anything to us, but I don’t think I would go if I were that customer. The food came out quite late, and I thought it was because there was only one person in the kitchen, but when paying, they said they were sorry for leaving so late. They were friendly, but not friendly... It was an amazing service. Since there was only one person in the hall, there were hardly any tables set up and there were cups and plates on each table, but there were none at the empty table where I was sitting. When I asked for them, I finished eating and left, but they just gave me the cups and plates that were left on the table next to me that had not been cleaned up. There were three of us, but they only gave us two. ...I felt a little uncomfortable. When checking out, the owner said that the number of customers had decreased a lot and that he was having a hard time. It seemed like it was a problem with the taste of the food and hygiene, but I felt a little sad that he seemed to think it was because of the coronavirus. There is a large parking space and the rib jjim is delicious, but considering the food other than the rib jjim and the overall hygiene, I have no intention of revisiting.
