The most refreshing bowl of cold noodles I had in Jeju! Was hunting down a soybean noodle place for my husband, and am glad to have found this place. His first time trying and he says it is exactly like what he imagine it will be. Menu is very niche so coming here to eat needs to be intentional. There was a wait outside after we left, so I think we got lucky with our timing. Meal type: Lunch

Our lunch here was terrific. The black soybean broth was thick, rich and creamy and the broccoli noodles, unique in my experience up to this time. The food was attractively presented and the unusual panchan (eggplant and green chili ️ marinated in mustard seed sauce) was superb. The other panchan was good, too, and the staff returned numerous times offering refills on the panchan. Not sure I’d wait more than a half an hour again, as we did this time, but I might—on a beautiful spring day such as it was yesterday when we visited! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Most of what they have to offer is vegan.
