Tried local makchang in Busan—both plain grilled and spicy marinated. It reminded me of some Hong Kong dishes but with a unique Korean flavor. The place was packed with locals, making the experience really genuine. Friendly staff helped me order easily despite my limited Korean. Definitely the best dinner of my trip!
