Just a few tables, close enough that you can almost feel the warmth of another conversation nearby. It’s the kind of spot where you think, maybe it’s better to take it to go, or order delivery next time. Still, there’s a certain charm in that compact space— a quiet hum, a hint of sizzling oil, and the soft glow of the kitchen light. Today’s order was simple: “Tuesday Burger (Double Patty)” “Nashville Hot Chicken (Two Pieces)” and a can of Dr. Pepper Zero. Let’s start with the chicken. It came with pickles—crisp and refreshing. The chicken itself was surprisingly excellent: the seasoning perfectly balanced, the marinade soaked deep into the meat like sunlight finding its way through the cracks of old stone.
