I had a wonderful dining experience at Traga Spanish Restaurant in Korea. The setting is modern yet warm, and the dishes really showcase the heart of Spanish flavors. The highlight was the grilled pork, served sizzling hot in a cast iron pan. The pork was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of char. Paired with roasted garlic and peppers, it was rich, smoky, and deeply satisfying. We also enjoyed a rice dish topped with a large prawn. The rice had absorbed all the seafood flavor, creating a comforting, aromatic base, while the prawn was fresh and perfectly cooked — tender, meaty, and full of flavor. The warm basket of bread on the side was perfect for mopping up sauces, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Service was attentive but never rushed, making it easy to relax and enjoy each course.
