I ordered basic sushi and assorted sashimi to-go. If you ask for takeout, they will take out the raw fish, clean it, and cut it for you right on the spot. The packaging and plating are impressive. As if you were eating at a store, the raw fish is placed neatly on top of the cheongchae, making it look good and easy to eat. Both flounder and rockfish were cut into sections so you could eat them separately, and the texture was very good as the sashimi was not too thick. It doesn't seem like you paid much attention to the interior or exterior. Still, next time I want to stop by the store and order a course or omakase.
