Palgakdo Uijeongbu Hoeryong Station branch specializes in charcoal-grilled pre-cooked dak-galbi and chicken specialty cuts. The food itself is definitely delicious, with tender meat and rich, juicy flavors that make for a satisfying meal. The side dishes and sauces are varied and neatly presented, making it enjoyable for all ages. The interior is upscale and spacious, suitable for dates or group gatherings, and the restaurant has good recognition as part of a chain. However, the service can be a bit disappointing. Some customers feel that staff or the owner pay more attention to managing employees than attending to guests, and responses to requests can sometimes be slow or overlooked.
