A chill cafe located right opposite the Janganmun Gate of Hwaseong Fortress- Paletscent is on the second floor which gives a less obstructed view of the fortress. We tried the signature drink which had a matcha cream, coffee and milk- the layering of the drink makes it very fragrant and creamy whilst being not too sweet. The cafe latte was fragrant as well. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
